Privacy Policy
BB Bail is a phone-only information site. There are no forms, no email address, and no account to create, so there is very little for us to collect. This page explains exactly what a visit may record, how phone calls are handled by the independent licensed agencies you reach, and what your California privacy rights mean in that context.
Answered live 24/7/365. Start with the inmate's name, date of birth, and city or jail.
- Low down payments · flexible plans
- No collateral required on most bonds
- Bilingual English & Spanish agents
- Any jail · any court · statewide
What this site does not collect
There is no contact form, quote form, chat widget, newsletter signup, or account system anywhere on this site, and no email address is published. We do not ask you to submit your name, the defendant's name, a booking number, or any case detail through this website.
Because there is nothing to submit, this site does not build a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent personal information collected through forms — there is none.
Phone calls
The only contact method is the phone number (818) 805-0467. When you call, you speak with a licensed independent California bail bond company. Any information you share on that call — names, dates of birth, the facility, payment details — is handled by that agency under its own privacy and recordkeeping practices, and it is the party you contract with.
Call routing and telephone providers may log standard call metadata such as the number dialed, the time, and the call duration. Some agencies record calls for quality or compliance; if that matters to you, ask at the start of the call.
Analytics and server logs
We may use privacy-conscious web analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors navigate the site. Analytics of this kind typically records the page URL, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps. It is used in aggregate to improve the content; it is not used to identify you personally.
Standard web server and hosting logs may record IP address, user agent, and requested URLs for security and reliability. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
If measurement tags are present, they are limited to what is described here. We do not run advertising pixels that build cross-site profiles of visitors, and we do not attempt to identify individual readers of statute, jail, or county pages.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site is intentionally light on client-side storage. Any cookies or local storage in use are limited to essential site function and, where enabled, aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the pages remain readable without them.
Third parties
The parties who may process technical data on our behalf are limited to hosting, content delivery, telephony, and analytics providers. Independent bail bond agencies reached by phone are separate businesses, separately licensed by the California Department of Insurance, and are not controlled by this website.
Links to government resources such as insurance.ca.gov, courts, and sheriff's departments are provided for convenience; those sites have their own privacy practices.
Children
This site is written for adults dealing with an arrest and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights regarding personal information, including rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Because this site has no forms and does not sell personal information, in practice the only data associated with your visit is the technical analytics and log data described above.
If you spoke with an agency by phone and want to exercise rights over information you gave that agency, contact that agency directly — it is the business that holds it. To raise a question about this website itself, call the number published on every page.
Changes to this policy
If our analytics or technical providers change in a way that affects what is described here, this page is updated. Continued use of the site after an update reflects the current version of this policy.
